Maintaining a healthy lifestyle has the best effect on mental and physical processes, which increases life expectancy.
This lifestyle makes it easier to achieve goals, cope with overloads and difficulties. Good health, maintained and strengthened by the person himself, will allow him to live a long and full of joys life.
Food
With food, a person receives all the necessary elements that provide the body with the energy necessary for the growth and maintenance of tissues. The nutrients necessary for the body are divided into six main types: carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, mineral elements and water. To eat right means to get with food in sufficient quantity and in the right combination everything that the body needs.
Proper nutrition is primarily a varied diet, taking into account the genetic characteristics of a person, his age, physical exertion, climatic and seasonal characteristics of the environment. It allows the body to maximize its genetic potential, but the body is not able to surpass this potential, no matter how well the nutrition is organized.
It should be noted that there are no such foods that in themselves would be good or bad. All food products have nutritional value to one degree or another, but there is also no ideal food. It is important not only what we eat, but how much we eat, when we eat and in what combinations we eat certain foods.
Activities
In order to provide the body with optimal motor activity, it is not necessary to be an athlete and exhaust yourself with training. Sometimes morning exercises for 10-15 minutes can provide you with a boost of energy for the whole day. For those who work in the office and lead a sedentary lifestyle, it is recommended to walk more, if possible, run in the morning. You can do swimming, yoga or dancing.
When doing such exercises at least 3 times a week, you will be able to keep your body in good shape.
Sleep
Sound sleep is the key to a good rest and recovery. The optimal duration of a person’s sleep should be about 8 hours a day. Excessive sleep harms your health, and if sleep is insufficient, fatigue accumulates, which leads to depletion of internal reserves of the body. Therefore, the optimal daily number of hours of sleep contributes to your long and healthy life.
